Rosa centifolia L. — Cabbage Rose Concrete, May Rose Concrete
Rose Centifolia concrete is produced by hexane extraction of freshly harvested Rosa centifolia petals from Bioform's own 14-hectare certified organic plantation. The waxy solid captures the full aromatic spectrum of the Cabbage Rose — the same rich, honeyed, full-bodied profile that makes Centifolia so valued in perfumery, preserved in a concentrated form that includes wax-bound fragrance molecules inaccessible to steam distillation.
The concrete serves as the raw material for our Rose Centifolia absolute and is also used directly in solid perfume compositions, aromatic waxes and high-concentration cosmetic preparations. Produced entirely on site within hours of harvest, with full chain-of-custody documentation from field to finished product.
