Lavandula angustifolia Mill. — True Lavender Concrete, Bulgarian Lavender Concrete
Lavender concrete is produced by hexane extraction of freshly harvested Lavandula angustifolia flowering tops from Bioform's own 33-hectare certified organic plantation. The resulting waxy solid captures the full aromatic spectrum of Bulgarian lavender — including the heavier fragrance molecules and wax-bound compounds that are not present in steam-distilled essential oil — and serves as the starting material for our Lavender absolute.
The concrete is processed entirely on site within hours of harvest, preserving the freshness and aromatic integrity of the source material. It is used directly in solid perfumery, aromatic waxes and high-concentration cosmetic preparations, and as the raw material from which our Lavender absolute is produced. Full COA and SDS supplied per batch.
