Bioform was started in 2005 when the Öztürk family acquired a small plot of agricultural land in the village of Tazha, Kazanlak. Over the past two decades, through the family's direct involvement at every level — from managing the fields and overseeing distillation to building customer relationships — the business has grown into one of Bulgaria's most fully integrated certified organic producers.
There are no outside shareholders, no parent corporation, no institutional investors.
