Lavandula angustifolia Mill. — Lavender Hydrosol, Lavender Water
Lavender floral water is the pure hydrosol produced as a co-distillate during steam distillation of fresh Lavandula angustifolia flowering tops from Bioform's own 33-hectare certified organic plantation. The hydrosol carries the water-soluble aromatic compounds of true Bulgarian lavender — linalool, linalyl acetate and related constituents — in a gentle, skin-compatible aqueous form that is particularly well suited to direct topical use and formulation.
Bioform's lavender hydrosol is never re-distilled, reconstituted or blended with added essential oil. Collected directly from the distillation condenser in the same run as the essential oil, every batch shares identical traceability and certification. Its fresh, clean, gently floral character makes it one of the most versatile hydrosols in cosmetic formulation — effective as a standalone facial mist, as an active ingredient in toners and essences, and as a natural fragrance base in personal care and food applications.
